These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from The Printed HAM website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
We sell finished physical 3D-printed products. Minor layer lines, texture, and color variation are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not defects. Product photographs and dimensions are intended to be accurate, but small variations may occur.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order because of pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable operational concerns. Payment must be authorized before an order is fulfilled.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
Availability and special-order items
Stock and availability estimates are not guarantees. Products shown as special-order, restock, or made-to-order will ship after production. Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates and may change due to material availability, equipment, carrier delays, or order volume.
Shipping
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the address provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Returns
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Proper use
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their equipment and intended application. Products must be installed and used safely. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, products are not certified safety equipment and should not be used where failure could cause personal injury, life-safety risk, or significant property damage.
Intellectual property
Product designs, photographs, text, and branding remain the property of The Printed HAM or their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce, scan, manufacture, distribute, or sell the design.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Printed HAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use a product or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.
